Daniel Kah
Daniel Kah serves corporate and public sector clients in services including site selection, incentive negotiation, real estate acquisition, and financial structuring. Specific areas of expertise include site selection and location analysis for corporations, government incentive structuring and negotiations, real estate project management, real estate acquisitions, financing, and deal structuring.
Prior to joining Greyhill, Mr. Kah was a Vice President at AngelouEconomics, where he directed the Site Selection Practice and advised on significant public sector projects. Clients included Fortune 1000 corporations, real estate developers, venture backed startups, and state governments. Previously, Mr. Kah was Director of Research at Stratfor, a consulting firm focused on political, economic, and intelligence forecasting. At Stratfor, Mr. Kah’s clients included multinational corporations, government intelligence agencies, NATO and MNNA militaries.
Mr. Kah has been interviewed by Dow Jones, the Austin American Statesmen, and the Denver Post, has published articles in industry trade publications such as Area Development. He has spoken at universities, including the University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M, and the University of Colorado at Boulder, as well as professional association seminars, including those led by CoreNet Global, the International Economic Development Council, Roundtable in the Rockies, and AmericasUnidas. Mr. Kah studied undergraduate and graduate economics at the University of Texas at Austin.
